This Privacy Policy explains how ImaginationAI ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our Dating Simulation App (the "App"). We respect your rights to data privacy and provide tools to manage your information.

2.1 User-Generated Content

The App allows you to create characters and interact with them. Your chat history and character descriptions are primarily stored locally on your device. We do not access or share these interactions with third parties except as necessary for AI processing via secure API calls.

Important: If you delete the App without a device backup, your local chat history may be permanently lost.

2.2 User Profile & Account Data

When you create an account or subscribe, we collect your name, email address, and purchasing history. This data is stored on our secure servers to manage your subscription and enable cross-device synchronization where available.

2.3 Usage Information

We collect anonymized technical data, including device identifiers, operating system version, and App performance logs. This helps us optimize the experience and resolve technical bugs.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and personalize your character interactions.
  • To manage and authenticate your premium subscription.
  • To analyze aggregate usage trends to improve our AI "traits system."
  • To communicate critical service updates or respond to support inquiries.
  • To comply with legal obligations and prevent platform abuse.

4. AI Data Usage Policy

Aiverse utilizes third-party AI technology (OpenAI GPT) for generating responses. This processing is subject to the following protections:

  • No Model Training: OpenAI does not use data submitted via our API to train or improve their models.
  • Strict Retention: Data sent through the API is retained for a maximum of 30 days solely for abuse and misuse monitoring, after which it is deleted.
  • Encryption: All data transmitted between the App, our servers, and AI providers is encrypted via SSL/TLS.

5. Data Protection Rights (GDPR/CCPA)

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, delete, or correct your personal data.

  • Access & Portability: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Erasure: Request that we delete your account and server-side data.
  • Correction: Update inaccurate or incomplete profile information.
