Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Talkflow. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Account Registration

To access full features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3. Fees and Payments

Talkflow offers premium features via subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All payments and cancellations are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Free trials automatically transition to paid subscriptions unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Talkflow to:

• Generate or transmit harmful, offensive, or deceptive content.
• Harass, abuse, or impersonate others.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disrupt the Service.
• Use automated systems to access the Service without our prior written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its "look and feel," proprietary content, and AI algorithms, is owned by ImaginationAI and is protected by intellectual property laws. While you retain ownership of your practice data, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use such data solely to provide and improve the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time via the Settings page in the App.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IMAGINATIONAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ImaginationAI is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
